Very nice hotel at a really reasonable price. The staff was easy to work with and communicated well via email prior to arrival. Airport transfers were seamless. The location is a great area for restaurants and bars. Local vendors selling goods along the streets. Walkable to many points of interest. Highly recommended.

This was a lovely hotel. Clean and modern. A great location. Wry walkable to great restaurant choices. Most of the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay.

Clean room, very nice that there was a water purifier in the room for drinking water, comfortable bed, very nice breakfast/service staff at the restaurants. I did not LOVE the hotel but I would return because of the staff who were absolutely wonderful in making accommodations that were necessary due to some travel difficulties prior to my arrival. My colleague expressed the same - the hotel is "ok", but the staff were tremendous and this sets the stage for a wonderful stay. Thank you to the team at Hotel Cumbres Lastarria.
