Helpful friendly staff. Nice accommodations. Good food. Willing to cook something to meet my dietary needs. I am lactose intollerant. Clean and reasonably priced. Also has a reliable shuttle to the airport. It is 3 miles from the airport.

Very nice hotel, we booked in the reception the transfer for the next day, no problem...however before we arrived to the hotel we contacted them to be picked up from the airport to the hotel and we did not get any answer... finally we took a taxi (the only choice at the airport at that moment) that was extremely expensive for such a short trip.

Courtesy coach to and from airport terminal with helpful friendly drivers. Exceedingly comfortable beds. Roomy bedroom and bathroom with all toiletries supplied. Good food in the barbeque restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and a shuttle service is available. Rooms are fine and there is electricity backup systems which were crucial at this time. Concierge service was a disappointment. We asked for a guide and a driver that left the group with really bad memories. I wish I could get our money back!

This is a nice hotel, with a nice staff but I had trouble getting there. I stayed there twice. For my first arrival I had pre-booked a pickup. I had received confirmation. However, the van took nearly an hour and a half to arrive. I chalked this up to confusion on my arrival. I was at the hotel when I booked my second pickup (I traveled to Easter Island during the time space.) This time, they didn't even have me listed even though I had watched the hotel clerk write the pickup. I think they did it on the wrong date and wouldn't have come except that I kept calling. This took close to two hours. So great hotel, I don't know what happened to the hotel free airport pickups.

Very friendly and convenient near the airport

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very convenient location right next to the airport. Wasn't that clear how to arrange a shuttle though and tried to phone a few times in advance to arrange with no response until a got an email the day before.
