Reception staff were very nice, room was good and clean. The cleaning staff starts talking loudly and using walkie talkie at 8 am! The bathroom sink had a bad stench and plumber needs to clean the pipe. In terms of amenities in bathroom, it is bare bones. Ordered lunch and it was just horrible - cold pasta with old and smelly clams, salad - ordered as a separate dish - was even more horrible with old lettuce and not much else! The chicken entre was good but not much else in the plate. All overpriced so never again! Airport shuttle was good.

It was horrible. No internet for 8 hours, my husband and I missed hours of valuable work hours. No tv, then to top it off they missed out 3 am wake up call and we almost missed our international flight. Please request a credit or partial refund on our behalf.

We spent an agreeable but very short stay at the Wyndham Santiago Aeropuerto. The shuttle picked us at the airport, we checked in - which took rather a long while - and early the next morning we caught a very early shuttle back to the airport for an early departure to Patagonia. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, but our limited time in the hotel did not give me the opportunity to evaluate any other aspect of the property.

I typically stay at the Holiday Inn right at the airport, but it was not available. The Wyndham is still pretty close by (although you need to take a shuttle), comfortable, and clean.
