La habitación #103 no es isolada y está frente al Lobby y la ventana da hacia la calle en el 1pm piso, por lo tanto todo a los ruidos se escuchan fuertes dentro. La habitación #240 no tenía ventana. El servicio es bueno, el hotel muy limpio y una bonita terraza.

Solo Traveller. Check in was chaotic. Very busy at 3pm. Rooms not finished cleaning. Reception Staff were very nice, polite, helpful and friendly throughout my 2 night stay. Room was really clean; bed was comfortable. I didn’t like not having a window but the room was a good size and I didn’t feel claustrophobic. There were no bedside lights so it was either bright or completely dark. Coffee making facilities definitely aimed at the Dominican guests. Tiny shot size paper coffee cups. I had taken sachets of cappuccino coffee and mint tea bags but there was no kettle and the cups weren’t big enough anyway. I am British and live in DR. I would definitely stay here again but pay a bit more for a room with a window. The hotel is well placed for visiting Zona Colonial and getting Uber was no problem.

The hotel was an excellent choice for our family stay. From the beginning, from the parking lot to the front desk and to the restaurant the staff was so welcoming and willing to help. Always wearing a smile for me and my family. I value that more than anything. Great overall stay.

I never want to stay here again—not even for one night. There is a lot of noise from outside and from other rooms. When you call the front desk, they promise to call back but never do. When you call the restaurant, no one answers. They gave me a room that I did not reserve. I want my money back. This hotel is truly unbearable. I have been waiting for two days for a response from the manager. There is no proper parking or space for taxis, so you have to unload your luggage in the middle of the road. Never again. Terrible hotel.

I really enjoyed staying here. The lobby and the restaurant/lounge were very upscale and nice. My room was quiet. My room was small but serviceable as I was staying by myself. Location was great for Cuidad Colonial touring. I would stay here again but may try to select a bigger room.
