So I'm going to give you the pros and cons of this place.
Pros: communication with host was great very responsive, the beds were okay, enjoy the hot water in the shower, the neighborhood feel safe to walk around any time of day or night, enjoy the pool and gym area, the location was great it was close by many grocery stores and restaurants and a couple of parks all in walking distance from the apartment loved that.
Cons: my only issue with the place was to our surprise the place was left very dirty, and that was one of the reasons I chose this place because I was counting on it to be clean like the reviews had said, so as far as the apartment being clean we found that to be a lie on the reviews, and I'm big on cleanliness because for me cleanliness is next to godliness, especially if the kitchen and bathrooms is not clean I can't handle it, I think the mode on the bedroom wall messed with my asthma, had to sleep in the living room, the couch they had in the living room it was old and I noticed it was lean a little bit to one side because it was missing one leg somebody had put a plastic cinder block under under the couch for the missing leg to support it which we thought was pretty ghetto,
Anyway overall the apartment itself is not bad it just needs a little TLC, my opinion if they do a better cleaning job and get a better couch I would entertain the idea of staying again if not I would move on, please fix these things this place deserves it as well as your clients.
