This hotel refused to work with us or help us when Hurricane Melissa forced us to delay travel plans by two weeks. We lost more than $1,100! This hotel doesn’t care. Don’t stay there!

The breakfast food wasn't good. I stayed at a Barcelo hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia, and their breakfast was outstanding. I was thinking that given this was also a Barcelo properly that I'd get the same quality food. Well it wasn't.
