This place was amazing, great location, decoration, good breakfast. My only complaint was the smell in the first room we got, it was very humid, but Michelle got us a better room and we were more comfortable.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the area called "Zona Colonial" which meant everything was within walking distance. Breakfast is included, which is a plus. However, the a la carte menu looked so good we had to try. I am glad we did because it was delicious! Theu also have a restaurant bar which opens at 11:00 AM. The staff was always super friendly and ready to help. The only thing I would add is that the hotel is made in such way that you could easily hear everything going on around you. It did not bother us at all, but if you are a light sleeper this might be an issue. In conclusion, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Different than expected
Publié le 24 janv. 2024 sur HotelsUnfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay. The workers finished work at 8:20pm and resumed the next morning around 7am. We are early risers so it didn't bother us too much but there was debris, tools, and equipment all over the common areas.
Right after we arrived the water for the whole building went out. Myself and another guest were stranded at the sink with soap already on our hands so the employees helped us finish washing with some backup water. It was restored later in the day and thankfully did not happen again during our stay.
Otherwise, we were pleased with the location, price, and aesthetics of the hotel. The staff could be friendlier, especially when there is a language barrier.
