Quiero destacar de manera especial al Sr. Francisco Betancourt, del equipo de mantenimiento. Cada mañana, mientras disfruto mi café en el piso de la piscina, él pasa a saludarme con un “buenos días” genuino y siempre inicia una conversación amable que alegra el comienzo de mi jornada.
