Beautiful upscale 2-bedroom apartment with amazing ocean view, modern decor and totally equipped with all the amenities of a home. Located 25 minutes from Las Americas Airport and just 10 minutes from the Colonial Zone, the oldest city of all the Americas. 2 private parking spots, with 24-hour security and an amazing pool. This apartment is perfect for families, couples, business travelers or anyone who wants to have a good time, relax and get to know the exciting city of Santo Domingo.

Guests can access the entire apartment and enjoy the common areas of the condominium, including a pool with chair longs, a multipurpose room, as well as a tennis court and other amenities.

I'm available by the Airbnb messenger and by phone.

The area feels very safe around the apartment, there are grocery stores and supermarkets nearby and the building has secured parking space, security cameras in common areas, entrance door with remote control and security is 24/7.

The best and most reliable means to get around is UBER.
- It is strictly forbidden to make parties or events in the property.

- You Must Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm.

- All guest must follow and comply with all terms of Residencial Torres Catalanas condominium policies.

- All guest agreed to all terms of service on Airbnb and must have a valid working phone number.

- There’s a US$50.00 charge for lost keys, remote or keycard.

- Occupancy limit: 6

- Any number of people more than this occupancy limit will be vacated.

- Guests are allowed a maximum of 2 visitors at any time during their stay.

- All overnight visitors must be declared in the reservation. There is a $10 fee per guest per night after the second guest. Visitors who stay longer than 4 hours are considered guests and subject to the same consideration as overnight guests.

- There is an undeclared guest fee of US$20 per guest per night.

- Local residents must contact the host prior to booking.

- The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property.

- It’s strictly forbidden to bring and consume hookah on the property. Any person who is caught using it, is subject to be expelled from the apartment since by law they are prohibited.

- Loud speakers are prohibited inside the apartment, pool area, and common social areas of Torres Catalanas.

- Any hookah or loud speaker will be seized and returned to its owners at the time of check-out.

- Smoking fee is US$200

- Additional cleaning fee will be charged for an extremely dirty home:
To be applied if the apartment is left extremely dirty after checkout, beyond what a courteous guest would normally leave a home: dirty pots and pans in the kitchen, excessive amount of trash, stains in the floors or walls


-Late check-out fee: 30 minutes after checkout time US$50 and after 2 hours the charge will be for an additional day. But this fee does not award you possession for the additional day, it’s just a penalty for holding possession beyond what you’re supposed to, because you could negatively affect a future reservation.

- If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, upon addressing this complaint to us or to Airbnb you’re authorizing us to come into the property and to solve the problem, fix or repair whatever’s broken and or make the home clean up to the standards that you require. We do not need permission to access the property if there’s something you esteem unsuitable and needs remedy.
-Violations of these house rules are grounds for booking cancelation and removal from the property without refunds.

Do not recommend

Overall we would not recommend this place for anyone to stay. Nice view but nothing else. We didn’t have AC for multiple days of our stay, it was 80 and 70% humidity! When the AC was out so was the power for the whole apartment. It is normal for the power to cut off in this country but it took hours for our host to get it back on when everywhere else did it in a matter of minutes. All the food we bought went bad because of lack of refrigeration. We couldn’t charge anything, or turn on any lighting. The secondary bathroom never had hot water. So you can only use the one inside of the master bedroom which was very inconvenient for everyone involved. They did not provide basic needs like extra toilet paper, one roll for 3 people staying 8 days? No hand towels. No paper towels. Just 5 paper napkins for 8 days!? The host was not very good at communicating during this process, he said he would look into the lost power issue & then ignored the rest of our phone calls that day. This location is far from a lot of things, we specifically picked it for the view and how nice the pictures made it seem. The pictures are VERY outdated. Half of the items in the pictures are now no longer there. The master bedroom had a leak in the ceiling right above the bed, so we woke up covered in white dust. Our things on the side tables were covered in a new layer of white dust every time we woke up. We are very disappointed with this stay, especially for the price point. You can find much better.
