I enjoyed that the breakfast was a preselected cooked meal. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. We arrived early and were able to use amenities early until our room was ready. It was a wonderful place to stay and so peaceful and relaxing! Rooms were awesome!

The staff was amazing from the reception to the restaurant staff. Everyone was super kind and friendly. They helped us arrange a boat tour and get a rent car. The rent cat was brought to the hotel for us and the boat tour had transportation from the hotel. The hotel is out of the main city so I was recommend renting a car it made getting around easier. Overall great experience, we would definitely book with them again.

The elements of caldera had the most gorgeous rooms! The beds were so comfortable and an amazing shower! Also loved the pool area, they had the nicest queen sized loungers which is nice to be close to your partner or friend while you catch some sun!
