Overlooking the beautiful Sunset over the Aegean Sea, the property has both the best ocean view and walkable convenience to the town of Oia. Villas are super beautiful and spacious, offering private pool and privacy. The restaurant and bar are on top of the hill offering a spectacular ocean view. Spa is very nice. They charge 35 Euro per person per hour for the use of sauna and steam room. For the luxury and frankly the price of the hotel, I felt this was unnecessary nickel and dime to well-travelled customers. The staff were either nice or mediocre. Luggage service man was friendly, charming and eager to help. So was spa staff. Front staff was not very helpful, declining to call spa to make a sauna use reservation and insisting us calling spa directly when we were about to go to private wine tour organized by the hotel concierge. That was rude and offensive. Overall nice property, potentially staff are trained not to help customers and think only about themselves.

Lovely stay, would recommend.

Lovely hotel, well maintained and good position. The sunset is amazing from the pool area. Breakfast was a little disappointing, the service was a bit hit and miss. Very close the main town although a pretty steep uphill climb.

Santo Pure is just a 7 min walk into Oia and secluded from the tourist hubbub on the Main Street of Oia. There is a big pool with a bar and an onsite restaurant. We did not eat at the restaurant but judging from the quality of the food from the room service, we think it should be top notch. We had a junior suite with sunset view and an infinity pool. Compared to the Santorini Sunset in Oia, the privacy of the pool, the sunset and floating wine glass makes the Santorini sunset mesmerizing and out of this world. The staff is super helpful, and the turndown service was superb. The only downside, which is not limited to the resort, is that Santorini has so much trash and plastic bottles along the footpath or the roadside. I wish the visitors would respect the environment and not litter so much, maybe the hotels and businesses could also do more to keep Santorini clean.

Excellent property with exceptional views. Staff was very friendly. The concierge was fabulous. We needed help due to the Seaman strike and they were on it. Rented quads that they arranged. Full service for sure. Short walk to shops and dining. Bring your walking shoes and be ready to climb. The walks are not long but very hilly.
