O hotel é bem localizado, e a equipe foi muito atenciosa e gentil durante toda a estadia. O quarto em si é bom, espaçoso e conta com itens de qualidade, como travesseiros e cobertas confortáveis, além de frigobar e micro-ondas. O café da manhã também é um ponto positivo, com boas opções e alguns itens preparados na hora, como pão de queijo, o que faz diferença na experiência. Alguns pontos, no entanto, poderiam ser melhorados para tornar a estadia ainda mais completa. O quarto duplo disponibilizava apenas uma cadeira na mesa, e esta estava danificada. Também sentimos falta de alguns itens de higiene que normalmente são oferecidos em outros hotéis. O secador de cabelo não estava funcionando, e, apesar de o quarto contar com cozinha e fogão, não havia pratos ou talheres disponíveis. São detalhes simples, mas que fariam uma grande diferença na comodidade da estadia.

Cheguei no local as 10 hs, o vaso sanitário não estava funcionando ( entupido ). Resolveu no dia seguinte. A pintura do prédio esta deteriorada, mau aspecto. Algumas tomadas do quarto não funcionavam. Ventilador com defeito (barulho).

O quarto é bem aconchegante, tava tudo bem limpinho cama e travesseiros confortáveis, e o atendimento tbm foi mto bom... Fazemos planos de voltar. Gostei mto da recepção, o café da manhã de bastante qualidade tbm e próximo de tudo como Rodoviária, centro...etc. Saímos durante a noite no centro que é bem próximo... enfim saímos e entramos e fomos bem atendidos pq é isso o que buscamos...fora a qualidade e o conforto a qual nos encontramos.
