Pinheiros Spacious apartment by Vila Madalena

Spacious apartment in residential building, it has 2 bedrooms and is located 150 meters to Fradique Coutinho metro station. Airy, extremely well located, just 4 blocks from Vila Madalena and one block from Rua dos Pinheiros (gastronomic center) in a very safe area. Wifi and cable TV.

Our professional team sanitizes the apartment before and after your stay, as well as bed linen and towels are in a professional laundry.

For everyone's safety, the building requires guests to send their documents before arrival. After booking, you will need to send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not allowed to receive visitors.

Standard check in time is 15:00 and check out is until 11:00. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our office hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per booking with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

You will be located in one of the safest and fun neighborhoods of Sao Paulo: Pinheiros. It is only a 2-minute walk from the subway and about 3 blocks to the vibrant, artistic and lively nightlife of Vila Madalena.

The apartment has one full bathroom, one half bathroom, a large kitchen, living and dining room. Besides being a charm.

There is a parking space at no charge if you come by car.

After the confirmation of your booking, we will contact you to request a copy of all guests' ID. This standard procedure will ensure your entrance is cleared by the doorman throughout the stay.

On the day of your check-in, you will only need to present your document at the building concierge to gain access to the apartment.
