The kitchen offers a dining table for six and is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The property also has a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first and second bedrooms come with double beds and balconies, allowing you to wake up to stunning views and enjoy some fresh air. The third bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or additional guests. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, it offers the convenience of complimentary parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the surrounding areas.

São Vicente is a charming town located on the northern coast of the island of Madeira and is renowned for its stunning natural scenery. The city is surrounded by lush green mountains, providing a picturesque backdrop to the quaint streets and houses.

São Vicente is situated along the coast, providing visitors with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The coastline is rugged, and the town offers several vantage points to appreciate the ocean scenery.

One of the main attractions in São Vicente is the São Vicente Caves and Volcanism Centre. These volcanic caves, formed by a volcanic eruption over 400,000 years ago, offer an underground adventure for visitors. The Volcanism Centre provides insights into the geological history of the region.

Like many places in Madeira, São Vicente participates in the island's vibrant floral festivals. The streets come alive with colourful displays during these events.

The Chapel of São Vicente is a historical landmark in the town. It's a charming chapel with a tranquil setting, making it a peaceful place to visit.
The surrounding mountains and landscapes make São Vicente an excellent base for hiking enthusiasts. Some trails lead to scenic viewpoints and through the natural beauty of the island.

The property is easily accessible only by car.

Madeira Cristiano Ronaldo Airport is a 46-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
