Our room was spotless and exactly as described on the site. The check in process was very easy and staff were very courteous and listen to customers. The best part was the location of the hotel for it to be connected directly to the train station. For those who want to have various food options for either breakfast, lunch or dinner you have all things available just a floor below. Thank you

Our booked rooms are distributed to different floors. In fact we have marked our request (to be close to each other) during the booking process. The reply of failure from the hotel is not because it is too full, but because they are not being requested. It made us very inconvenient during our stay. We wondered whether it is the fault made by hotel.com. Your reply if any is appreciated. Thank you.
