Plenty of place settings including drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker with both single serve and full pot options (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)

Blackstone grill is provided with a propane tank that can be exchanged for around $20 at any local convenience store.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Pool heater is $100/wk.

Dogs are allowed with approval, and there is a $150 additional pet fee.
