Brand new deluxe Sarasota condo close to everything!

Enjoy a great location on Whitaker bayou with nice views from the deck. Brand new furniture with great king sized bed and Felix bamboo sheets. Large smart TV and comfortable furniture. There is a nice gym and pool with jacuzzi and barbecue a short walk away. The unit even has full sized washer/dryer in the master bath. 1
Mile from downtown sarasota and close to the SRQ airport and beaches in longboat key, Anna Maria island and Siesta Key.
Everything is brand new as of June 2022 including furniture, linen, mattresses, dishes and 65 inch Samsung TV. Relax in-between all the activities the Sarasota area has to offer in addition to amazing weather!

Julie was a perfect host. She communicated whenever we needed/wanted as well as being friendly. When items were missing, Julie ordered and the items came quickly.The location was great to everywhere we wanted to go. The view from the balcony was picturesque overlooking a bayou where I had breakfast as well as drinks later in the day while watching the sunset.The pool area was nice, however, could use more standing umbrellas and chaises. The jets in the jacuzzi at the pool were not working properly. Many of us advised the property manager (not Julie).We hope to return next year for a longer time.

The condo was excellent. When we arrived the condo was very clean and well organized. The condo facilities were very good. The pool was wonderful with plenty of lounge chairs available. The gym was very well equipped and clean. Lots of restaurants around and close to many grocery stores and drug stores. Lots of beaches nearby and shops to explore. Would definitely recommend the condo for a wonderful vacation.

My wife and I spent 10 days at this fantastic condo in Sarasota. Parking is free and the location can’t be beaten. It is walkable to several good restaurants and less than a mile to downtown Sarasota. Sunsets are gorgeous, the pool is relaxing, and the condo is spotless. It is obvious that the host takes pride in this condo.We used the kitchen for many of our meals. The host has stocked the kitchen with a complete selection of utensils, and the appliances are new and modern.Look at the pictures of the condo and you will see that they are exactly the same in person.In short, you can’t go wrong if you are looking for a relaxing stay with easy access to all of what Sarasota offers. If we have an opportunity to stay in Sarasota again we will definitely come back to this condo on “The Strand”.

Great stay in Sarasota!

The condo was perfect! Immaculate, quiet, well-furnished, and easy to get to everything--downtown, the beaches, the airport. We started our days on the deck fascinated by the pelicans feeding--I understand from a neighbor that they are there for the winter, so may be gone if you rent in the warmer months. We ate dinner at the condo maybe half of the time, and had all the equipment and utensils we needed. We'll be back!

Relaxing stay near Sarasota beaches and downtown.

Brand new gated one bdrm 1 1/2 bath condo provided a nice relaxing stay for a week for my wife and me. Enjoyed the view from the 4th floor balcony, too.
