Charming Private Suite, Close to Siesta Key, Florida

Welcome to Casa Oceanica! Our newly remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite with a walk-in shower offers comfort and privacy. Although the suite is attached to our home, it is completely private with its own entrance, free parking, and a cozy queen bed. Guests enjoy full privacy and independence when staying with us. The suite includes a refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, toaster oven, dishes, utensils, glassware, and mugs. The private suite is attached on the side of our main home. It’s like home while you’re on vacation. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Feel free to use the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, body lotion, fresh towels, and hand towels. Water bottles, K-cup coffee, creamer, and tea bags are also available. The suite features a 55" flat-screen TV, high-speed wireless internet, and a comfy seating area. You'll find a full-size closet with hangers, iron & board, steamer, extra pillows, plus beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for your convenience.

The property was beautifully decorated and lovely to stay at. The entrance and yard was attractively landscaped and welcoming. My friend and I booked the place as a girls trip. We were surprised that the place is a shared house and not your own private suite as listed. The owners were nice and accommodating. It had everything we needed but it would be nice to know that it is not your own place.
