VR22-00146 - This beautiful home, nestled on a little piece of paradise, is just a short walk to Lido Beach. A perfect place to relax, unwind & enjoy your private, mature lush surroundings. Walk to the beautiful sands of Lido Beach!! Walk to the wonderful shops and restaurants of St Armands! Walk to beach is approx 3 minute walk, 0.2 miles. Walk to St. Armands is approx 8 minutes, 0.4 mi.

This charming home has incredible internet, with 457 mbps download and 28 mbps upload; crown moldings, and ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen has been outfitted with cherry cabinets, stainless appliances and granite countertops, microwave which is also a convection oven. All living room furniture has been recently purchased including the 60” flat screen plasma television.
Cable TV/HBO and wireless internet are available for your enjoyment. The outside temperature is usually perfect but just in case, the home is outfitted with Central A/C & Heat. Two bedrooms; one with a king bed, the second with a queen sized bed. All have comfortable mattresses and quality pillows that will afford you a peaceful night sleep, leaving you refreshed and ready for a great day. A 32” wall mounted LCD TV’s in both bedrooms. The bathroom, with decorator porcelain tiles throughout has been outfitted with Kohler fixtures. Bath towels and bed linens are provided for your use. A private pool, surrounded by brick pavers, is on the property for your exclusive use. A private place to relax and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage with good company and personal conversation! Our home is smoke free.

Lido Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches, not only in Florida, but in the United States. The world famous sunsets off the shores of Lido Beach draw not only our visitors but local residents as well. All there to soak in one of nature’s most spectacular performances.

The view is so surreal that it is not uncommon to see people clap their hands in the joy they receive from this experience. All of this is just a shorti stroll from this quaint, Lido home. Walk to beach is approx 3 minute walk, 0.2 miles. Walk to St. Armands is approx 8 minutes, 0.4 mi.

    This is a great house, well equipped, updated and very clean. The location of this house will be hard to beat, close to beach, dinning and shopping. it's literally 9 minutes or less to everything local, and groceries are on 10 minute drive. The house has great light and a great pool!We had wonderful communication with owner and property manager and they are very proactive to assist.We will definitely stay again.

    We loved everything about the vacation home. We spent a great deal of time in the private heated swimming pool. The location and privacy, could not be beat. We rented a car but hardly used it for anything other than airport transportation. Claudia was there to help us with new batteries for the TV remote. Excellent Vacation home!

    Absolutely loved our stay! House is cozy and decorated so nicely. So many thoughtfully designed details. Pool was amazing. Only a block or two from the beach. Beach chairs & towels provided.     Fantastic time, beach within walking distance and St Armands (a little sad that quite a few businesses have not yet reopened following the hurricanes). Property equipped with everything one could need and more! Truly home from home. Next time we’re back in Sarasota we will definitely hope to rebook.

    Everything was ready for us to enjoy our vacation! Easy check in, parking, clean, well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. Easy walk to the beach, St. Armands circle and to catch the free Trolly to downtown Sarasota. The pool was amazing!!! Heated, private and surrounded by beautiful palms and tropical plants. Perfect private paradise! We will be back!!!
