Located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood only a five-minute walk to the gorgeous bay - perfect for sunsets! Yet, it is close to all the action. Walking distance (just a few blocks) Ringling Museum, and the Asolo Theatre.
The Cottage has one bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, living room, and a screened lanai. The bright and spacious bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite with a walk in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer tucked away in the kitchen is available for your use. The screened lanai is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the outdoors.
Hop in the car and drive just minutes to beaches, farmer's market, dining, shopping, galleries, the Ringling School of Art & Design, and New College. Downtown Sarasota is a dining mecca. Walk the quaint streets and visit art galleries and a variety of stores featuring hand-crafted items.
