Private guesthouse near the beach

Enjoy Your private top floor guest house with fully equipped kitchenette, full bath, and two bedrooms! We are located in a quiet neighborhood right on the gulf with in a couple miles of a handful of beaches (including USA's #1 Siesta Key Beach)! We are also conveniently close to a dozen of grocery stores from Publix to Sprouts. The mall is right across the street and fairly close is Potter park with free access to a run trail, tennis courts, and low fee for their daily gym and waterpark/pool! Feel free to bring your own bike as Legacy Trail is just a short ride away. We are also very close to a public ramp so feel free to bring your own kayak, jet ski, or small boat!

The space

A fairly large space with control over your own thermostat. Wifi and Apple TV are included as well for your own use. There are two bedrooms: one with queen size bed and closet and another with two twin beds and closet.

Guest access

Feel free to enjoy out yard with gazebo and fire pit! You will also notice our garden growing fresh fruits and the bamboo wall on the side if the house.

Interaction with guests

I will be available 24/7 via message (or if really urgent please call!). I look forward to greeting all guest but definitely respect your privacy and space!

Other things to note

We will provide all shower needs and linens! We have complementary coffee and tea in the kitchen, please help yourself! The Apple TV allows your to wirelessly screen share to watch movies but you will notice theres channels on there and availability to log into Netflix/HBO/Hulu. Board games are also available in the living space if you wanna kick it old school.

Beautiful Get away

Even though our stay had to be cut short due to unforeseen circumstances, we really liked the apartment and accommodations. The unit was very neat and clean. Agnes the host, went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The location is situated in a quiet residential area, close to beaches and shopping. We would definitely recommend this location for your stay.

Great location and super clean!

Very accommodating host! Place was super clean and very well stocked! Quiet neighborhood but close proximity to many beaches, restaurant's and stores. If we needed anything we just had to ask. Host family was around but never bothered us and always willing to provide suggestions. Only suggestion would be to upgrade washer and provide directions for cleaning dryer lint trap . Overall 2 thumbs up and would return and highly recommended!!!!

Clean and comfortable at best

The property was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. The couch was really four hassocks and was very hard and uncomfortable. Some of the other furniture was not as pictured and the bathroom was very small. There were stairs to the place that could use some work and steps up to the bathroomand bedroom. We would not stay in that neighborhood again and I don’t know why a gym was listed. We did communicate since we arrived late each evening.

This place was perfect for my family of 4. Great central location for everything we had on our list. Quiet little neighborhood. The place was exactly as pictured. Super clean and artistically decorated apartment

Vacation paradise

This property is centrally located and very well-equipped. A two minute walk brings you to a beautiful view of the pay. In 10 minutes you can get to Siesta Key beach, or go south to Venice Beach. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I felt very safe walking around in the area.

Comfortable apartment close to beaches and recreation

We loved our stay at Agi's! Ot was cozy, clean and quiet. The beach chairs were great! We only had 5 days in the Sarasota area. We explored the beaches and Myakka River park. We had fresh seafood at Walts Fresh Catch Market and Pelican Alley. They were equally fabulous and fresh! Perfect location!
