Sunset Villa by Ringling and Lido Key and St Armand Circle

Beautiful 3 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms house located in South Gate Neighborhood. We are only 5- 7 minutes from Siesta Key Beach and 7 minutes from Lido keys. South Gate is a beautiful quite safe neighborhood very close to Sarasota beaches and downtown. The house have 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. This include a king size bed, queen size bed 2 full beds and 2 single bunk beds. The kitchen are fully equipped. Linens and bedding are included. The backyard is fully fence in. There is a beautiful front patio room with enclosed screen and a laundry room by. Kitchen includes toaster, coffee maker, full utensils plates abd bowls. High speed internet provided. There is a small fee for pets.

It was double booked, we couldn’t Sta because someone was in there. I placed a complaint and haven’t heard back. She gave us a different location which also had cars outside. This was happening at 11:30pm. Super unsafe and sketchy

The property we ended staying at was very conveniant to the airport. The address listed on the reservation was not the property that was discribed in the listing. The owner than emailed us that we were being switched to another property because the other property had bugs. This was fine except the 1st property we were to go to was an entirely different than the one listed on expedia. Again Expedia and VRBO need better communication between them. The back yard was a mess: broken metal awning over patio, bent and hanging down, fence was in pieces, chairs thrown around. Would not advise going out there. There were numerous items that should have been included that were missing. DW soap , hand soap, disposal not working, not enough towels, washcloths, and handtowel for the amount of people that were supposed to be able to stay there, loose electrical outlets and the light in the garage wasn't working correctly which is were the washer and dryer were. What furnishings that were there were very nice though. If these deficiencies were corrected I would consider staying there again.
