Entire staff was wonderful, however Steve was outstanding. He went above just being in customer service, he really seemed to care about people and made certain that we were satisfied and happy.
As many bad points to our stay as good points. First, we requested a feather-free room and, despite the hotel emailing to let us know they received the request and would make it happen, they didn’t. We also weren’t told that room service is only every other day when we checked in, which is something we very much would’ve liked to know. The air conditioner in our room was also in very rough shape. Made a lot of loud, jarring noises even when it wasn’t putting out air. There was also a motion-censor dome light that was super bright and set to cover half the bed, so it would occasionally turn on when my wife rolled over at night. In terms of positives, though, the Location of the hotel was good, room was nice and big, and the breakfast was solid.
The breakfast was really good and the older man working it every morning was very good. Helpful offered information was amazing. The whole place was run on a real tight ship clean smelt good everything
Very impressed with this property and the great management by Steven and his staff. Sarah at the Front Desk was very friendly and professional. Dennis and Peggy Sue were very attentive and made sure the breakfast was well stocked and hot and fresh. The room was clean and well appointed. And most important was that my dog, Sadie, was very happy and treated with respect by staff and guests alike. I would definitely stay here again.

We have been trying to find a nice, clean hotel to stay at while we visit family in my hometown. We love staying at TownePlace Suites so when we found one in the area of course we had to book it to visit with family for NYE. Once, we booked we informed the hotel we were bringing my service animal. Usually we don’t hear much when we leave a note on the reservation. So, we were surprised to see we received a message from the hotel manager “Michael”. He was so nice and very helpful. He made sure to leave plenty of notes before our arrival check-in to make things run smoothly and boy did he! We really appreciated his help and the fact he went above and beyond to make our stay great!
If I had to say anything bad about our stay was we were in a hearing impaired room because I had my service animal and they had a closet with a motion activated light always going on and off. Kinda annoying. I will say we did ask for help from the front desk and again they were very polite and helpful suggesting we could swap rooms but we were only stay 2 nights and once we settled in we just decided to stay cause we didn’t want to move all our things in the event we forgot something. Other than that the hotel was really clean, smelled great, the front desk was super nice, and we really felt like they were more than accommodating for our stay.
We will definitely be booking in the future when we come down to visit with my family & we will be sure to talk with Micheal and stay in a regular room. (;
