Great, convenient, central Sarasota location close to Siesta Beach. Recently remodeled. . Quiet cul-de-sac. Private, tropical setting, large covered screened porch with new outdoor furniture. No smoking please.! You get to use an entire house except of the Master Bedroom which is currently locked for the owner’s storage.
Brand new built in oven. House is close to the mall, Costco, Amish market with produce YMCA, restaurants, bus stop.

Quiet comfortable house

We were very comfortable here for the 1 month we stayed here. There was an issue with the heat when we arrived but the host was very responsive in getting a repairman out at the earliest time and making sure we had a portable heater. The amenities were very good for a rental and the location was good. Not far from any kind of shopping and with traffic about 15 to 20 minutes from Siesta Key. My only issue was this was not a good walking neighborhood. Very busy streets on each side of us (though no noise!) and the small streets in the neighborhood didn't have sidewalks and wasn't much of a walk. But overall, a nice clean place with comfortable accomodations. I would rent again.

I can’t say enough good things about this property or owner. Everything from check in to checkout was a 10 out of 10. Kindness, respect, and professionalism is highly coveted and that’s all that we received. Thank you for making our trip wonderful happy and safe

Nice place & location - surprises after arrival

We received the key code a week before arrival which was reassuring. We were pleased with the quiet street and location and updated furnishings and kitchen appliances. The first problem we knew about ahead of time - the oven didn’t work, but we were fine with using the air-fryer. Then we discovered there was no water or ice on the fridge/freezer door! The coil for connecting it was up in the pantry shelf. (Hint: do not even ask owner about this or you will hear a long story). Then after a few days we realized there was only 1 roll of TP, so I texted the owner asking if there was more somewhere to which she replied that the standard was just 2 rolls. She didn’t ask if we had received 2 rolls cuz we didn’t. She just wasn’t very receptive and quite defensive on a few accounts which I won’t go into detail about. We were told that we wouldn’t have access to the MBR, which we were fine with. Then the week before we were told to park to the right to leave room on the left. We had no idea there’d be another house guest to the left side of the home, and with the MBR to the right we felt sandwiched in between, and no shades for the back patio doors, not knowing who might be back there. Just a little different than expected, but a nice place overall. We’ve just received a little more customer service than this previously (ie bottled water and treats in the fridge) so perhaps we were previously spoiled. Just need to make your own ice and bring your own pillow if u don’t like a firm pillow.

Fantastic! Beautiful home and good deal.

I enjoyed staying at my home away from home last week. The host is quick to reply and kind. The kitchen is full of appliances (new frig & oven!), dishes, utensils, and pots & serving dishes. It is a quiet neighborhood and I took walks a few of the days I was there. The screened in porch is a dream!! I loved having breakfast there and when it was dark in the evening a plant nearby bloomed a stunning and pleasing display! A large TV uses your apps and I enjoyed lounging on the couch with a show and the extra bedroom blanket on cool evenings. The dining table is gorgeous! Just minutes from Siesta Key, groceries, big stores, specialty stores, and restaurants. I will choose to stay here again! Easy check-in. Very nice and worth the price. Previous years I paid hotel prices for only a room. I'll recommend this place to anyone as long as it isn't the week I want to stay! :)
