Set on the second floor, this corner unit offers a peaceful and private setting, set back from one of the quieter pools in the community. The modern design features elegant wood accents throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, a children's play area and a sports complex (see NOTES for access information). From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.

Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Guests have full, private access to the condo. Community amenities are shared with other guests.

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully updated kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, including an air fryer and a Ninja blender, making meal preparation a breeze. The breakfast bar comfortably seats three, while the dining table accommodates six, providing ample space for family meals or entertaining guests. Relax in the living room with a Smart TV and high-speed internet, perfect for streaming your favorite shows or staying connected. For those who need to work or study, there are convenient desks in both the living room and the primary bedroom.

Located in a gated community with roving security, our condo offers easy access to the 4 community pools, the main gate, the beach club shuttle stop, and the pedestrian gate. You'll be just steps away from main street grocery stores and restaurants, ensuring all your needs are met within a short walk. Whether you're here to relax by the pool, explore the nearby beach, or enjoy the local dining scene, our condo is the ideal home base for your stay.

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the Auto Mercado (5 minutes walk)

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

*The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.
*The Pacifico Beach Club may close to the public due to private events at any time during the year. These closures are out of our control, and we try to communicate them to guests as soon as we are informed.

The PACIFICO SPORTS COMPLEX offers guests access to the tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court and soccer pitch. The facility is open to guests daily from 10am to 3pm. Equipment is NOT provided.

The host was very attentive and quickly responded to all of my concerns. The property is located in a very nice gated community near the beach and many wonderful restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. Only downside is there is no elevator so be sure to pack lightly so as to not have to drag luggage up the stairs,

Great location, great community

We stayed at Pacifico over spring break and were extremely happy with the accomodations, the pools in this complex and the ease of access to amenities. The unit had everything that we needed and it was super spacious for our family of 4. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was a 2-10 minute cart ride to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach club. We would definitely go back!

Great location, beautiful space and property!

Overall amazing stay. The Pacifico property is beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect for walking into Playa del Coco’s small downtown area and a great home base for exploring nearby beaches and adventures. The unit is as advertised, well appointed, clean and new feeling. Spacious and quiet.

Wonderful active condo

The condo is well equiped and a beautiful view of the pool. I didn't use the sports complex but it was busy all day. There are several pools which are quiet and close to the units. It's a short walk to numerous great restaurants. Highly recommend this place if you are an active vacation person. The beach club is very nice and right by the ocean although a short drive from the condo
