Boasting a mountain view, the charming house consists of an open living room with access to a private, ground-level terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a WC. Restaurants, cafes and a bar can be reached on foot in 2-6 minutes and the nearest supermarket is just around the corner, a 1-minute walk away (96 m). The city of Bolzano (Bozen) is approximately 40 minutes away by car and the city of Merano (Meran) is an approximately 50-minute drive from the property. The ski resort Merano 2000 can also be reached by car in 52 minutes (43.4 km).
