The small house enjoys an exceptional location on the beach, offering incredible panoramic views where you can admire magnificent sunsets, ideal for swimming, walking, and relaxing.

Please note: the occupants of the house at the rear have right of way along the small path running alongside the garden to access the beach.

This single-story house of approximately 70 m² consists of a bright living room, a very pleasant living room with sea view, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob , oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine), and a granite bar for sharing convivial moments over an aperitif, which can comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

You will also appreciate the 360° sea view and the proximity of the beach at the end of the garden. This cozy little house offers a total of 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a marble sink. The second bedroom is equipped with a 5' bed.

Access to the garage for the washing machine.

“Les pieds dans l'eau” is managed by the Cocoonr Vannes-Morbihan agency. You will be welcomed on site by our teams. Sheets and towels are provided, and your bed will be made upon arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we provide you with a few coffee capsules, tea, sugar, a grocery kit with oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, cleaning products, and more. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The Celt'aventure park for fans of tree climbing, escape games, and electric scooters is 5 miles away and is a great place to spend an afternoon with the family! For enthusiasts, there is an 18-hole golf course nearby.
