Kick back and relax in our newly renovated eco-beach guest suite, just a short 5-10 min. walk from quiet beaches and centrally located to many Central Florida attractions. It is perfect for singles, couples, or 2 plus an infant.

We're just 20 min. from Cocoa Beach (Ron Jon Surf Shop), and 45 min. from the Kennedy Space Center. Orlando theme parks are just over an hour away. For eco-tourists, Camp Holly Airboat Rides and Viera Wetlands are both highly recommended and 20-25 min. away.
The space
***UPDATE 10/16/23 BIRD WATCHERS: NOW is the time to see migrating birds coming to the birdfeeder...viewed from the window in your suite (binoculars provided)! We've recently seen Black Throated Blue Warblers and American Redstart. Soon we will have our annual pairs of Painted Buntings, House Finches, and many more!

Enjoy our cool, cozy, romantic space, with 32" Samsung TV, Roku unit with many free channels (or login to your subscription services), mini-split A/C and heat, and well appointed kitchen. Outdoors, enjoy our resident woodpecker and other birds gathered at the feeder, the plentiful butterflies, our permaculture garden, and the inviting hot tub.

The kitchenette includes butcher block countertop, a 2-burner stovetop, Black & Decker convection oven/toaster/air fryer, mid-size refrigerator, drip coffee maker and/or coffee press, stainless steel pots and pans, and all the basic cooking necessities. Out on the patio you have a stainless gas barbeque grill (grill utensils in the suite), as well as home-grown herbs and seasonal vegetables from the gardens (subject to availability).

The very comfy queen bed features My Pillow brand pillows, Egyptian cotton high thread count sheets, and a lighted bookcase headboard with electrical outlet and USB charging capacity for 2 devices built in. Remember to bring the proper cords needed for your devices.

There are light blocking curtains on all windows for those who may need to or want to sleep during the day.

Our bathroom features a rain-type shower head and thick, fluffy towels. In the closet you will find plenty of hangers for a short stay, a full-length mirror and adequate shelf space.
Guest access
Guests have full access to their entryway, path, and their partitioned portion of the patio, including gas grill with utensils and bistro seating set. Additionally, the hot tub (on our side of the patio) is available for your use.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome upon approval. If you would like to bring a pet, you'll need to contact us in advance (preferably at time of booking), along with weight and breed. Also, please be aware that a tornado went through our property in June 2023, which damaged the fence on the far side of our property. Since the fence is our neighbor's, the timing of when it will get fixed is beyond our control. We are working with them to help with the repairs and hopefully have this resolved as soon as possible.
