Centrally located and perfectly situated! Beautiful historic Italianate home built in 1868. The Pond Winslow homestead has been awarded the prestigious Heritage Preservation award for Honor and Respect by the Saugatuck Douglas Historical Society. Located on the hill over looking the town square. The home has been beautifully updated, including kitchen, newly remodeled bathrooms and restored old growth hardwood flooring through out. First floor includes, dine in kitchen with laundry, living room, dining room, half bath, bed room (queen bed) with en-suite full bath, and glassed/screened in porch. Second floor has master bedroom (queen bed) with private sun porch, 3rd bedroom handcrafted bunk-bed (full on bottom, single on top) and full bath. Kitchen is fully out fitted Keurig pod or drip coffee (get some fresh roasted beans from Uncommon Grounds, just two blocks) - just bring your favorite food and beverages. Bedrooms and baths are complete with linens. Beautiful flag stone patio with large built in fire pit, lots of grilling accessories. 'Up North' feel in town! In laws want to come too? Ask about the additional cottage with room for two!


Quiet, peaceful location surrounded by mature trees and tranquil gardens, yet just a few steps from the thriving downtown with all of its associated activities: Shops, Antique Stores, Art Galleries, Restaurants, Bars and Coffee shops. Utilize the chain ferry and walk or ride your bike to the beautiful Oval Beach. Easy drive to the many local golf courses, Fenn-Valley Vineyards, Crane's Apple Orchard, Dune Schooners and other area attractions.

I absolutely loved that this felt like my "home" away from home. It is an ideal location within walking distance for shopping/dining and watching the Lions game at a local bar. The home was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials needed for our few days there. We had a question for our host and I was happy he answered my call on the first ring. We would define stay here again!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! Everything was perfect, down to the smallest detail. The kitchen was very well stocked and we could have easily prepared a Thanksgiving feast and the beds were so comfortable. This home is filled with interesting art work and we felt the warmth and love that this home must provide for the owner. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for such a delightful accommodation.

We had a wonderful time! The house is centrally located so that you could walk to shopping, restaurants, restaurants on the water, the cruise that we took. Kitchen was well equipped for utensils needed for the one dinner we cooked. House was immaculate.Host was very receptive.

Such a lovely stay in this charming house filled with wonderful artwork in delightful Saugatuck! The shortcut path to town was a fun surprise! Would definitely stay again! Only recommendations for improvement would be upgrading to 2-ply toilet paper, adding a mechanism so the screen door off the kitchen doesn’t slam, and reducing the temperature on the water heater so that the hot water doesn’t feel nearly scalding. Also, the water dispenser on the refrigerator is terribly slow. Thank you for sharing your dear home with us!

Great property, very clean! The location was absolutely perfect! The only time we drove the car was to head to the beach and to sagutuck brewing. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Pond-Winslow house in Saugatuck couldn't have been more perfect. The house is gorgeous, very well maintained, and full of all the creature-comforts anyone could want. The proximity to shops, coffee, beaches, and sites along the water made it even more enjoyable. We even found and toured the Felt Estate. If you get a chance to visit, it's not to be missed. We're already looking forward to our next stay.

This lovey home has a great location near shops and restaurants - and pickleball! We were delighted to see a set of pickleball paddles at the front entry for guest use. The home was also generously stocked with coffee pods, seasonings, oil, and laundry detergent. The fire pit had plenty of wood for us. We also enjoyed the short drive to Oval Beach. Every thing was wonderful!
