Charming Cottage Coach House in Downtown Saugatuck

This charming one bedroom cottage located ‘on the hill’ in downtown Saugatuck is perfect for a weekend getaway to rest and recharge. Lovingly named Henri’s Cottage after our adorable pup, it is filled with every amenity a couple would need for a tranquil weekend away.

After parking in the dedicated parking spot on site, steps lead to your private balcony and entrance located above our detached garage. Furnished with a queen bed, luxurious linens and quilt, as well as a beautiful bath area complete with complimentary Aveda spa products, Henri’s Cottage is entirely turn-key.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on your private balcony, overlooking the garden. Henri’s Cottage is well appointed with a mini-fridge, Keurig Coffee Machine (K-Cups included), coffee mugs, wine glasses and a bottle opener.

The cottage also has a TV, Comcast cable and DVD player.

Henri’s Cottage offers a short walk to adorable downtown Saugatuck and all of the shops, restaurants and charm the city provides. A 10-minute drive will lead you to local beaches, State Parks and scenic dunes. After a day filled with shopping, hiking the famous Mt. Baldhead or exploring other nearby shoreline towns unwind in the large soaking tub or on the balcony under the stars. A visit to Henri’s Cottage is one you won’t soon forget.

Charming cottage is the perfect description ... we loved it. Beyond hitting the standard expectations - clean, comfortable, etc. the location is excellent. Short walk to the local shops, stores, and restaurants while most vacationers have to find somewhere and pay to park. Couldn't have been happier.

A retreat for play and connection

Absolutely fantastic property - clean and so comfortable. It was the perfect space for exploring the beaches, taking bike rides and sampling everything Saugatuck has to offer. The Hosts were perfect communicators and also we felt the space was very private. Everything was perfect. If Henri's Cottage is available, book it! You won't be disappointed.

Cutest cottage!

My best friend and I stayed at Henri’s cottage and had the absolute best time. The hosts were extremely kind and communicative. The property was absolutely lovely and very clean. Even the outside garden is so charming. It was stocked with all of the amenities that we needed. It’s definitely in walking distance to the Saugatuck downtown area but we drove every day and didn’t have issues with parking. The location is incredible and everything is super nearby. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this perfect space!

Not only were the owners, Whitney, Chris & Henri, incredibly inviting and helpful, but the space that they have created made us feel invited and a little spoiled. The bed was awesome! They have thought of everything you may need while you're away. All the quaint, little touches make you forget you're away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Cozy Autumn Getaway!

Look no further than Henri's Cottage for your Saugatuck stay! The cottage is well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and is immaculate. The cottage is conveniently located to downtown shops, restaurants and bars, but is tucked back in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The owners are caring, kindhearted and responsive.
