Driftwood

Driftwood is a wonderful place to stay if you're looking to relax on your deck watching the world go by and be able to walk to all the activities town has to offer. 

The side deck is spacious and was expanded to provide enough room for both an outside meal and relaxing in the sunshine. You will love lounging with your morning coffee or a good book in the afternoon sunshine. From the deck, you can see Willow Park just across the street. Willow Park is waterfront on the Kalamazoo River and offers a great opportunity for a picnic and watching the many boats float by.

The main level of driftwood offers a bright and open space to gather with your loved ones while watching a movie, playing cards, or just catching up after a day in town. A main level bedroom and full bathroom are convenient for those not able to do stairs. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and one additional full bathroom.

This home also includes a starter supply of body soap, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and more. Plus, our office is just next door should you need anything at all to make your stay more comfortable.

Located on Water Street on the flat in downtown Saugatuck, you will love the ease of walking to all town activities. Just a block away you'll find an amazing breakfast restaurant and only two blocks further is where all the shops, bars, galleries, and parks start. From live theater to music in the park, all activities will be out your door.

Please Note:
Driftwood is located on Water Street which is one of the main roads in downtown Saugatuck. This home is directly next door to our Mill Pond Realty office and parking lot. This home is great for being part of all the action downtown has to offer.

As soon as we walked in the door there was a huge spider web and a huge spider. The floors in the kitchen were not clean. In the family room with the tall ceilings there were spider webs everywhere. Very disappointing. You can tell it hadn’t been cleaned in sometime with those webs.

Good but hot

Really cute location. Good communication. The air conditioning needs service. It was very hot. The outdoor lights didn’t work and they didn’t replace the bulbs. We had to scramble when power went out to the whole area. Luckily we were next door to the office so I went there for information since I had not heard anything from them. Very clean but a lil small for 8 people.

Great location and just as advertised

Water Street was awesome. Great location being able to walk through the entire town. The listing describes the entire place exactly the way we found it. No surprises. Really enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning after walking to get coffee. Wonderful.

Girls getaway

Perfect location for a girls getaway. House was easy to find and in a great location. A quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to restaurants and downtown shopping. Well equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook dinner. Also equipped with things we didn't use such as bike helmets, small coolers and high chair. Would definitely stay there again! small coolers

Cute Saugutuck Cottage

My only regret was that we only had 1 night here. This would have been a great spot to spend a long weekend, with space for everyone, great kitchen space, easy parking for 2 vehicles right in front of the cottage and directly across from the Lake. Easy walk up the street to dining, coffee & shops.
