We was there for a 3 day stay we left early after 2 days do to staff asking us do we even have a room because we was standing out by our car talking and playing on our phones. We are an interical couple I felt like we was racial profiled. We will never be back. In will not recommend this hotel if your not white.

Staff great other guests not so much

It was good up until some drunk lady decided to bang on a door around mine at 3:40 am and wake the neighborhood trying to get in to someone’s room. You could hear the whole argument… But the staff was great just the lack of sleep made me irritated

Is a well-maintained property with friendly staff and good breakfast. There were painters working on exterior but they were not a problem, like seeing the property taken care of this way. Was surprised there was not a informational directory in the room listing area restaurants and attractions, as well as rules and guidelines for the facility. But would certainly stay here again!

In town to see the Soo Locks.

Nice pool area. Good breakfast. Tables needed wiping down along with countertops. Needed to ask for refills. I booked a handicapped room and the toilet was short standard one with a seat that raised it up about 2 inches. I don’t understand why they can’t put in a taller toilet for older people and handicapped people. They only cost a couple hundred dollars and along with the grab bars make it truely handicapped.
