Master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and double sink. Utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and freezer. Spacious garage.
First floor: three spacious bedrooms with spacious fitted wardrobes. All three bedrooms have two single beds. Separate toilet and a second bathroom with bath, shower and double sink.

Outside: over the entire length of the rear of the villa is a roof, including a luxurious lounge set and a garden table with chairs. Private swimming pool with sun beds and mature olive trees make the garden a true paradise. The villa is located on the edge of the park, allowing guests to enjoy all privacy and a beautiful view of the surroundings. The garden is constructed in such a way that you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day.
