The Cottage is decorated with a wonderful collection of period antiques as well as comfortable Southern style furnishings. One of the most striking features are the sparkling chandeliers scattered throughout the home.
The home features 2 bedrooms with queen beds; one with en-suite bath, comfortably sleeps 4. Each bed is covered with high quality linens, quilt coverlets and comfy pillows. The second full bath also features a new large capacity front load washer and dryer. Both baths are stocked thirsty towels.
The living room features 2 armchairs, comfy sofa and large television. There are 4 decorative fireplaces throughout the Cottage to add wonderful ambiance & charm.
The kitchen was renovated with granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. The Cottage is PET FRIENDLY so that you may bring your best friends on your perfect vacation. The petite courtyard is perfect for them to enjoy, as well as having Washington Square nearby. Our community is very dog friendly; the neighbors with their dogs gather in the Square in the afternoons and welcome our visitors join. It is also great fun to take them down to the dog park just a few blocks down. Many restaurants have outside dining and allow you to dine with your pups. Most will offer them a water bowl and a treat.
There is a generous supply of on-street parking right in front of the Cottage. If you prefer a garage, one is conveniently located just 1.5 blocks West.
