It was odd. It is extended stay so there are a lot of children roaming the halls. The staff were nice. The room didn’t cool down much either. The bed was comfortable though! If you’re looking for an economic comfortable sleep, this is your place!

The room was spacious and clean but that's where it ends. Someone was knocking on doors at 4am including mine. I left my license at the front desk and wasn't bothered to be notified, key card was disabled unexpectedly, front desk wasn't available when needed, I had to go back down and wait, no elevators, a fight broke out in the lobby on the morning of checkout. First of all, it took FOREVER to check in!!! For some reason, they couldn’t find my reservation in the system. I showed confirmation number and they still wasn’t able to locate it. Finally, he said he figured it out. We missed our dinner reservation because of that situation. Then, once in the room, I noticed a worm crawling on the floor.

Decent value for the price

The hotel is conveintly located about 12 minutes from Forsyth Park and about another 6 minutes from River Street. It may not be right for some but after making some adjustments and with the staffs help, I was glad I stayed. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and I had an amazing nights sleep.

Room was dirty and smelled like an entire gallon of baby powder was dumped in the room and we couldn’t breathe… the fridge was off and warm and the bathroom sink was flooded… the bread and bagels were hard and old and there was liquid all over the floor around and under the garbage can… I witnessed a staff member drip two stacks of cups on the floor and proceed to put them out for customers to use… just disgusting :(

Our refrigerator didn’t work for 3 days, We kept working with refrigerator finally started working, coffee maker not working had to be swapped out, milk in cooler was clabbered, water wouldn’t come out of shower nozzle, luggage cart they had three but tires were flat on 2 of the carts. The people that worked there were super nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the TV, larger than most other properties that I've visited. The room was a good size and nicely decorated. The waffle breakfast was sufficient, better than no food at all. Butter would have been nice but these are costly times so,, I understand. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
