The detached garage was nice to have, just a quick walk across the courtyard from the downstairs condo. I was really impressed with the quality of the toiletries provided, as well as the cookware and amenities. My friends and I enjoyed a very safe and comfortable stay!

Location was perfect. A concert at Johnny Mercer Theater brought us to town and this condo was in the perfect location! Walkable to everything, especially the theater. Comfortable beds and multiple pull-out beds to choose from for my teenage soon. The garage was just big enough for our Honda Pilot. If our SUV would have been any larger, it would not have fit, which description states very clearly. Nice to have a full kitchen, although we did not use it. Check-in and out couldn't have been easier!

We had a fantastic time in Savannah. The location is within walking distance of so much. The condo was clean and comfy. The courtyard wasn't the greatest for pets but it is so close to a park that it wasn't a problem. The garage was an added bonus with the limited parking in the Historic District. We would definitely like to return.

Location was good. We had a great time in Savannah. We rode the trolley on the first afternoon and that helped you get some history of Savannah. We ate lunch one day at Treylor Park Hitch restaurant. We each got something different and it was all good. Plenty of food. We did the dinner cruise on the River Boat. We also went to the Savannah National Wildlife Refugee and there is a 5 mile drive around loop that you get to see different birds and we saw about 6 alligators. They were in the water area around Mile marker 2.5 and on around the loop. The unit in particular was in need of some repairs. The back door was messed up and we was not able to access the our vehicle through the garage because we couldn’t get into the courtyard. And we couldn’t get out the French doors in the unit because the locks on door was messed up. The skillet needs to be replaced. We fixed breakfast each morning.

fabulous location, expect to buy supplies

the location allows us - 3 women - to walk everywhere we wanted to go and feeling safe at any hour. perfect! but we would have run out of toilet paper had we not absconded with some from various restaurants, and there were no kleenex as a substitute. there was saran wrap, but no baggies or anything. saying it is equipped leads to the expectation of not needing to supply basics like the aforementioned. additionally, details like the living room’s printed instructions varied from the email somewhat, including the wifi password. the location is exceptional, and if not expecting it to be stocked, then this is perfect! Savannah is a fabulous place to visit!

Savannah for Dance Nationals

We enjoyed our stay in the historic district condo. It was cozy and well equipped for our dinners. However, I wish we could have used the grill. We really enjoyed the outdoor garden area to sit at and relax with a beverage. We weren't able to park in the garage because our suburban was too big. Thankfully we were not ticketed by having our car hang over the driveway a little bit!

Very quiet, clean, convenient stay! Perfect!

Perfect walking distance to a lot of historical sites, shopping and restaurants. Had full size Yukon so couldn’t stay in garage, but only 2 blocks from parking garage and used meter parking in back of unit during holiday and weekend because no charge per city. Bed was very comfortable and unit was cool so coming in from hot humidity was nice. Would recommend!

Family getaway

Stopped here for a couple nights before heading to Florida. The home is beautiful, clean and accommodating. It’s walkable to everything you want to see. Wish we could stay longer before heading to our next destination.

Quick visit to Savannah

Everything was just as described. There was actually more room than appeared in photos. Having the garage parking spot was a big bonus. Parking can be challenging in Savannah and this made our stay easier than other visits. It was very nice to have a space to hang out as a family and so much better than the local hotels!

We were centrally located at this apartment and it was fairly easy to navigate whether walking or driving. Having a garage was great as we did more walking then driving. We only used the car if we were going out at night.

Great Spot!

We were originally scheduled to stay at another property, but there was a maintenance issue, so our reservation was changed to this property two days before our arrival. This spot is very centrally located - walkable to a lot! The owners were very easy to work with and quick to respond. I'll go back!
