The detached garage was nice to have, just a quick walk across the courtyard from the downstairs condo. I was really impressed with the quality of the toiletries provided, as well as the cookware and amenities. My friends and I enjoyed a very safe and comfortable stay!

We had significant safety concerns due to the uneven pavers in the courtyard from the garage to the unit. A member of our group fell but fortunately caught herself on a wall before going down. There were issues (broken but we made it work) with the shower faucet, there were areas that were not cleaned well (floor cabinet doors and the AC return) and the springs in the sofa made noises when you sat. Although the location is great and the garage was a great bonus, we would not book there again and will not recommend it.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious and well appointed, albeit a tad dark and dated. The garage parking was very useful, and the location couldn't be better. One caveat: we contacted the management company twice (once about Wifi and then about the dryer) and never heard back, which was disappointing.

Great space in a great location

We had a wonderful time at this location. The proximity to Forsyth Park, City Market, and River Street was great for walking. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Family getaway

Stopped here for a couple nights before heading to Florida. The home is beautiful, clean and accommodating. It’s walkable to everything you want to see. Wish we could stay longer before heading to our next destination.

We had a fantastic time in Savannah. The location is within walking distance of so much. The condo was clean and comfy. The courtyard wasn't the greatest for pets but it is so close to a park that it wasn't a problem. The garage was an added bonus with the limited parking in the Historic District. We would definitely like to return.
