We did not have hot water for our shower in the morning. The breakfast choices were limited. It was a nice clean hotel though and close to food options and other activities in the area.

My negative rating comes down to the breakfast on this one. They have a quaint little breakfast nook with little plates of small portions of food that is FAR too small for the number of guests they have. Looks like they're going for the boutique look when they should be offering a standard breakfast layout that doesn't lead to a line down the lobby with hope that there will be enough bacon left when you get to the front. The rest of the hotel was mid. It's all carpeted so not really that clean, and the sheets were so wrinkled there's no way they were cleaned before we got there. This place is passable at best.
