This property is a condo that has 8 separate units inside. This listing is for 2 separate third-floor units. Both units are two stories and have bedrooms on both floors. Elevator access to unit entry is available. Interior stairs are required to access the upstairs bedrooms. Please inquire if you are interested in renting one of the units separately.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!
–This building is located directly across from a lively nightclub, and noise from the bar and street may continue late into the night. While this location is ideal for those who want to be close to vibrant nightlife, it may not be the best fit if you or your group are sensitive to noise.

This was terrific! We had more amenities than any other stay. Our reunion with 24 people never felt crowded with so many areas to spread out on Thanksgiving weekend. The children especially loved the heated pool. We received two calls due our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The Carriage house kitchen was great to work in. All kinds of room to move around. I highly recommend this rental group, and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.

Savannah Family trip

The condo units were beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The location was amazing. It very close and convenient to the Square and the Riverfront. This made it easy for our family who couldn't walk long distances. Our one complaint was one of the bedrooms upstairs in one of units was hot and required multiple fans. The management tried to help and informed us the air conditioning unit was newly replaced, but it was still hot. Communication with management was amazing and they were always responsive. We would pick this location again. Our family still had an amazing time and we enjoyed the sites of Savannah.

Great location!

The units were clean and gave us lots of room for everyone. We were there for my son's wedding. It is a great location being close to all! We did have issues with temperature in the unit and the elevator was out of commission and was never fixed. We were on the 3rd floor and had lots of things to carry up and down for the wedding... LOTS of trips!! We also had elderly family members we had to carry up and down which made it very difficult. We had communication with the host, but things never were resolved. Maintenance did contact us about the temperature, but sending text messages, emailing pictures of temperature gauge, and communicating about it was not on the priority list when you are planning and involved in a wedding!

This was a great choice for our group of women for a girls weekend. Management was very responsive and helpful. The place was spacious, well appointed and clean. I highly recommend staying here!

Last minute switch

This was rented nearly a year in advance for a family reunion with my 8 siblings and partners, in celebration of one of our 70th birthday. Less than an hour before check in we were told we were being moved to an alternate unit because the AC in the two units we rented was out. We offered to stay regardless as the temp was cold but were told we could not. The new place was filthy. A cleaning team came in and they were in the house with us until after 7 PM. The house was a lovely historic home with two units and plenty of sleeping space for our large group. We had significant issue with lighting not functioning, the mini-split unit which made the bedrooms in one of the units extremely cold and the management team was responsive. But three of our couples ended up leaving early. I rent from VRBO regularly and have never been anything less than 5 star satisfied. This was truly unexpected. The offer of 400 compensation is unacceptable we need to receive a min of one full day refund. We await your response.
