This home is a short 18-minute drive to downtown Savannah Georgia world famous River Street! 10 minutes to Tybee Island!

This fee is passed on to our cleaning company to keep the units nice for each family that visits us.

To protect the comfort of future guests, this is a non-smoking property. A $500.00 upholstery cleaning fee will be accessed to any guests who smokes in the residence.

Please do not let your pets on the couch, beds, or other furniture. Failure to follow this rule will result in 3x cleaning fees.

Long Term Guests: all guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to paying their own electric and natural gas costs (if any), re-billed monthly.
Guest will enjoy a “starter pack” of paper products, morning coffee supplies, and soap products. Longer stays will require the guests to provide their own additional supplies.

Property needs attention

House a bit more remote than expected. Cleaners were still in house when we arrived, but house was not clean. Home in need of repairs - floor soft and buckled from water damage, chair rail in dining room loose and falling off, many windows do not open or close properly, nails sticking out on exterior stair rail. Couch unclean and not comfortable. No dressers
