Luxury on Beautiful Block of Gordon Street Near Park by Lucky Savannah

Located on the second story of a black-shuttered row home, this stylish apartment is just north of Forsyth Park in the Historic District. Its prime location makes it the perfect spot for up to four Lucky guests who want to live like the locals during their Savannah getaway.

The richly appointed living area boasts tons of original architectural details, including marble mantles, crown molding and oversized pocket doors. Elegant finishes and softly upholstered furnishings create a comfortable yet upscale dĂ©cor. The adjacent dining room has a large table with seating for six and two sets of French doors to let in the sweet Savannah air. A convenient pass-through connects you to the fully equipped kitchen. You’ll find every modern convenience including stainless steal appliances and new cabinets.

The premium bedroom has a king size bed with a plush upholstered headboard, large dresser and plenty of closet space. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, but have slated window coverings for privacy. The second bedroom has a queen bed, as well as a sofa and flat-screen TV. The shared full bath has a tiled tub/shower combo.

Outside, you’ll find a large deck overlooking the shared courtyard with lush landscaping below. A shaded table and chairs are available so you can enjoy your meals al fresco, or regroup with a cocktail after a long day taking in the sights.

The property on west Gordon is wonderful. The location is great and close to everything. The beds are super comfortable and the covered porch outback over looking the courtyard is wonderful very relaxing. We plain on booking this location again when coming to Savannah. I would highly recommend this property to anyone one wanting to relax and being super close to park. Thank you again we definitely will book this property again.

Love, love, loved our stay!

The location was amazing, lots of cute shops in the surrounding blocks with Forsyth park & fountain just around the corner. The property is so charming, loved spending down time in it - lovely sitting area with great dining space and outdoor patio. Fabulous restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely be back!

The overall experience was nice. Clean well kept home. Great living and dining area, plenty of room. Great outside deck overlooking a courtyard to chill out on. Walking distance to most places and easy access to Uber if you needed one. Only a 25 minute ride from the airport.

Wow! What a Beautiful Place!

Classic old Savannah home just two blocks off of Forcyte park, this place is beautiful. As you walk in you are greated by a classic finish with updated features. My wife and I agreed, we could live here. Such a pleasant stay. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

FABULOUS 10 DAY STAY AT 101 GORDON

We LOVED the spacious apartment, the beautiful antique chandeliers, comfy bed, new kitchen appliances including washer & dryer and the lovely dining room. The veranda in the back overlooking a pretty courtyard was a real plus! We felt totally "at home" there and said a tearful farewell when it was time to leave. The location was PERFECT...a block from Forsythe park and Monterey Square AND the DOT which we used constantly. We never drove in the city! Just picked up parking passes and parking was never a problem on our street. The only thing we thought could have made it a tad better was the bathroom is rather small and could use an update. Other than that, it was 100% what we'd dream it would be!! We LOVE Savannah and will definitely book 101 Gordon again. Cant wait to come back!!
