Not Fancy, but Clean, Friendly, and Convenient

I stayed here during a trip to Savannah and overall, it was a good value for the price. The exterior color of the building gives a poor first impression, but the grounds are well maintained—grass is always cut and there’s no trash around. The rooms are outdated and could use some renovation, but they were clean and functional. One of the highlights was the breakfast area. The lady who managed breakfast (I didn’t catch her name) kept everything clean, organized, and well stocked every morning. William from the staff was also very helpful and friendly during my stay. The location is convenient—close to the mall and plenty of shopping options. If you’re looking for an affordable stay and don’t mind an older room setup, this place is worth considering.

I wanted to leave! I didn't sleep well because of bed and pillows were terrible and need replacing. Mold/mildew in refrigerator, bathroom and even in drawers. I was very disappointed!!!!!!

This is the worst hotel I’ve booked. The front desk person isn’t that helpful either. I checked out as soon as I checked in as soon as I saw the terrible area and the room itself. I know I lost my money, but safety is more important to my family.

I didn't like walking thru a hallway, to access the inner rooms, and it smelling like a sewers. Closest to office. I almost left then. The room was clean. The bathroom floor and tub had past customer's hair. The hot water was hot. Appliance mostly worked. The microwave had issue but worked. I did get 1st floor, as walking is difficult. Breakfast was refilled when items ran out. Only had slight issue with staffing. Check out doors were locked. 2 people behind desk. Had to talk thrunlittlebwindow. When asking for a reciept, I was told i would get reciept emailed. That never happened.

Property is VERY old and run down. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Super strong smell of weed in the rooms and in the court yard. Stains on the bedspread, carpet very dirty and quite worn

They say you get what you pay for. Well this experience was a lesson learned. The batheoom has mold in the ceilins,the light switch had mold growing on them luke hair on your head. The room smelled like an old ash tray. The bed covers had stains on them which should have been thrown away never to be used. Then to ad insult to injury they charged me for one night's stay. At this pint i didn't care just was inconvenient to have to find another place to stay. Buyer be wear. I think it also poses as an extended stay. Dude was smoking and i am not going to say but you know what. Smh
