- four (4) Queen beds (upstairs, two separate rooms).
- one (1) Daybed with Trundle (upstairs, sleeps two, located in the office, to be completed mid-January).
- additional space for six (6) more guests is available via complementary Queen inflatable mattresses.

☞ Life in the salt marsh is constantly changing, depending on the tide. There are four tides per 24-hour period, two low tides alternating with two high tides, each approximately six hours apart. The water, sand, soil, and vegetation are constantly shaped by the forces of wind, tidal movements, and other intricate factors, resulting in a dynamic and ever-changing ecosystem and landscape.
☞ Beginning in mid-February, we’ll offer an additional King suite that accommodates 2+ guests. This suite includes a king bed, private entrance, bathroom (toilet, shower, double sink), separate fenced yard, outdoor shower, and a 75-inch TV. Please note that reservations made before February will not include this space in the pricing. For details on availability and rates, feel free to reach out.
☞ For groups exceeding 14 guests (and up to 20+), an additional fee of $50 per person applies.
☞ Feel free to bring along your furry companions for a flat daily fee of $25. Just make sure they respect my place as much as you cherish your own. Keep an eye out for pictures of my beloved Dalmatian (Dille) and Poodle (George).
