The Property:
☞ This residence comfortably accommodates over twenty (20+) guests:
- one (1) Queen bed (downstairs).
- one (1) King suite (downstairs, to be completed mid-February).
- two (2) Twin XL beds (downstairs, space functions as a hybrid sleep/seating area).
- one (1) King suite (upstairs).
- four (4) Queen beds (upstairs, two separate rooms).
- one (1) Daybed with Trundle (upstairs, sleeps two, located in the office, to be completed mid-January).
- additional space for six (6) more guests is available via complementary Queen inflatable mattresses.
☞ There are four (4) bathrooms in total:
- one (1) bathroom/shower downstairs.
- one (1) bathroom/shower downstairs (new king suite, to be completed mid-February).
- one (1) bathroom/shower upstairs.
- one (1) bathroom/shower/tub upstairs (king suite).
☞ Each room includes thoughtful touches like antiques, local art, and flowers.

If there’s anything else you need, we have two grocery stores nearby, or feel free to just ask me!

☞ Life in the salt marsh is constantly changing, depending on the tide. There are four tides per 24-hour period, two low tides alternating with two high tides, each approximately six hours apart. The water, sand, soil, and vegetation are constantly shaped by the forces of wind, tidal movements, and other intricate factors, resulting in a dynamic and ever-changing ecosystem and landscape.
☞ Beginning in mid-February, we’ll offer an additional King suite that accommodates 2+ guests. This suite includes a king bed, private entrance, bathroom (toilet, shower, double sink), separate fenced yard, outdoor shower, and a 75-inch TV. Please note that reservations made before February will not include this space in the pricing. For details on availability and rates, feel free to reach out.
☞ For groups exceeding 14 guests (and up to 20+), an additional fee of $50 per person applies.
☞ Feel free to bring along your furry companions for a flat daily fee of $25. Just make sure they respect my place as much as you cherish your own. Keep an eye out for pictures of my beloved Dalmatian (Dille) and Poodle (George).
☞ The neighborhood boasts a vibrant mix of residents, from vacation goers to kids playing and parents strolling. I absolutely love this community.
☞ For your safety, I've equipped the house with smoke, carbon monoxide, gas detectors, water rescue equipment, along with a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
☞ The neighborhood is as safe as can be, and my outdoor security cameras are merely a precaution to maintain peace of mind. We will always respect your privacy and will only review footage if absolutely necessary.
☞ In addition to our standard cleaning protocol, all high-traffic areas and surfaces receive an extra disinfecting touch – because your well-being is our top priority.
