The condo was a beautiful place. It was very well furnished with relaxing pieces and decorated very nicely. Kitchen was very clean and stocked with all the necessary items needed. Bathrooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Location was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and sites.We never moved our car except to go to Tybee one day. Manager was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Spectacular

Location is amazing, the condo is lovely. Two king bed suites with full bathrooms, nice kitchen and living area, even a balcony. There are a very few things that need attention, but the owner is aware, and plans to fix them, but didn’t affect our stay at all. The stove clicks when on, and a chair is not quite stable but very usable. Minor stuff! I would stay again, absolutely! Also very easy communication, so nice!

Great location near river

This is a spacious and beautifully decorated apartment. Loved having parking available. Host was very responsive. I was worried about unpacking the car, but directions were great and it was easy peezy unloading and loading with luggage cart available. It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony outside. A relaxing haven after wandering around Savannah.

beautiful condo in a fantastic location

This condo is so beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower, tub, double vanity and private toilet. There was plenty of closet space and lots of towels. We did not use the second ensuite king bedroom but it was beautifully set up also. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated the coffee creamers for my morning tea. The balcony would have been great but it was a little breezy and chilly for us. Not a lot of sun so I think that would be welcome during the hot summer. You could see the river and we enjoyed seeing the giant ships passing by, dwarfing the large buildings on River St & Bay St. The LR was comfortable. The included parking space was great. We only used our car 1 day. The building residents that we met were very friendly. The location was great! A very short walk to the shops and restaurants on River St. A lovely but longer walk to Forsyth Park. You could use the free trolley, which has stops close by. We visited Wormsloe Historic site which was interesting. Don't miss walking through the Marriott lobby at the west side of River St. It is a small museum of natural history. Found the Sabree gallery around the block and met the artist who created the beautiful Gullah prints hanging in the master bedroom.The only negatives we encountered was spotty tv reception and some noise from parties/receptions at the hotel across the street. (Quiet by 10pm or earlier) We are already planning a return trip!

Perfect place to stay!

We had a great visit to SAV with this wonderful condo as our home base. I highly recommend, as the Central location is perfect for exploring the town. We had a rental car but really didn't need it (beyond a half day trip out to Tybee Island and Fort Pulaski). We loved the outdoor balcony. You’re up high enough to have some privacy from the building directly across and also have a bit of a view. Great place to stay. We’ll be back.

Perfectly located! We absolutely loved that there were tons of restaurant options within a short five minute walk and even some located right downstairs! The residence was quiet and spacious, and had everything we needed! We will definitely stay again.

Fantastic location with a beautiful condo with more than enough room for 4. Very nice having private, off street parking with in/out privileges in parking garage next door. First time parking is a matter of getting familiar with the garage but no problems after that. 2 minute walk to tons of bars and restaurants in a beautiful city. Would highly recommend.

The property was just as described and pictured. The location could not have been better close to River St., City Market, and exceptional restaurants. The property had everything we wanted and needed. We were able to enjoy coffee on the balcony at watch the cargo ships while planning our day. We will definitely consider this location for future visits and recommend to friends and family.

Savannah Adventure

This is a stunning condo in one of the best locations near River Street. Our group of two couples had more than enough room with the two king bed/ensuite bath configuration, half bath and the beautiful living/dining/kitchen area. The dĂ©cor is absolutely beautiful and the kitchen/baths were stocked with everything needed. The fresh flowers were a sweet touch! We all particularly enjoyed the covered balcony area with a small view of the river, watching the sun rise over City Hall or throughout the afternoon or evening. Plant Riverside, River Street, City Market, Broughton Street shopping and great dining/bar options were all within a 5 minute walk. Almost all of the historic district was within a comfortable walk or quick drive and the provided parking spot in the underground garage next door was a huge plus. We were given thorough unloading and parking instructions and are somewhat familiar with the area but it was still a little confusing with the tight spaces and one way streets. The luggage carts are smaller than the normal hotel style, which is fine, but next time we won’t try to take everything in at once before parking. Another option is one person stay with your items inside on the bottom floor and then take everything to your unit after another person parks. The elevator always came very quickly. We would definitely rent this home again!
