The house was in a good area and clean. The problem with the house is in the master bedroom. The floor is about to fall in. I pulled back the rug to see why it was so soft and found that the laminate floor is cracked and barely holding up. There is also an area of concern between the dining room and in the kitchen where it feels like it’s starting to sag as well. That is a huge safety hazard. All it takes is someone heavier than myself and they’re gonna go through that floor. Also, if you planning on bringing a pet keep in mind, the neighbor on the backside of this yard, has two Australian shepherds, and they are a little on the aggressive side. The house could benefit from a privacy fence. Besides these circumstances the home has all of the accommodations you could need. It was nice that it was so close to the Kroger as well.
