Touch of Class Villa: A Beachfront Home on the Warm Calm Caribbean

Welcome to the beautiful and hidden Touch of Class Villa, located on Little Bay, Eleuthera. With its prime Caribbean oceanfront location, Touch of Class enjoys access to a cozy and secluded beach with calm turquoise water.

The upstairs of Touch of Class Villa consists of a complete one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. The downstairs consists of two bedrooms and one bath. The upstairs and downstairs are connected via an external stairway, not internally. Families with young children should bear this in mind. If children are sleeping in a downstairs bedroom, you may wish to have an adult in the other bedroom.

Touch of Class Villa was built with the finest quality construction, quality finishes and furnishings, and excellent attention to detail. The house features 14-foot-high vaulted cypress ceilings, two 900 sq. ft. wrap around sundecks finished with Brazilian Ipe, floor to ceiling glass doors with retractable screens, and customized mood lighting complete with dimmer switches for you to create an ambiance of your very own. We believe at Touch of Class Villa that comfort is key while vacationing. You will be hard pressed to find a more comfortable and charming Bahamian vacation home on the island of Eleuthera. Our fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and black granite countertops. The living area features an Italian leather sectional sofa and LED TV.

Touch of Class Villa has two bedrooms with king beds and one with twin beds. The large sectional sofa can sleep up to two more guests. There is also a single-size inflatable mattress.

For larger groups, we have a brand new two-bedroom house next door that can be added to the reservation for an additional charge.

Amenities at Touch of Class include AC throughout, WIFI, satellite TV, washer and dryer, and a charcoal grill.

Rates are on a sliding scale based on the number of guests. We set the rates this way to make the property more affordable for smaller groups who use less utilities and put less wear and tear on the house. If you enter the correct number of guests, the reservation system will calculate the rates correctly.

Little piece of paradise

We visited Touch of Class in March, being from Montreal this was a nice break from the winter!The house is exactly as advertized and the location is in a quiet little bay right on the water with very easy access to the water.A few minutes to Governor's Habour to the north or Tarpum Bay & Rock Sound to the south.One of the 2 kayaks at the property was missing, we contacted the owners and they immediately responded with a plan to remediate the situation.We will return!

We love Eleuthera and the location of this property was excellent but it has seen better days, the seating area is really only good for a couple, and there's no wifi or sirius (apparently the bills for these services have stopped being paid). The kitchen supplies are hit and miss. It really needs some TLC.

Everything went smoothly. The owner and managers are very nice! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! We rented the one bedroom up top and the view was amazing lounging in the lounge chairs was so peaceful! No deprevation of views!!! The bedroom has a double glass sliding door with an amazing view and also the kitchen!! A bit far from town but isn’t that what your going for!!? Would definitely stay again!! Thanks for sharing your awesome piece of paradise!!

So relaxing and perfectly beachy and private

My family of 5 loved TOC the robes were a fun touch. My husband spent hours in the hammock unplugged. And the views of the still sea...and the sunsets we loved. Yes, I'm covered with bites but i was out at the wrong hours and I have no regrets. The kayaking was absolutely fantastic. The water is so clear and calm and full of life. We never used the clear boat (my husband was nervous about the taping) but it didnt matter, the other kayaks worked fine. Stuart and Kimmie are wonderful and responded immediately. I wish we had planned for Natasha meals! Thank you TOC for being a perfect getaway spot for us. I hope to return asap.

Superb property , ideally situated on the islandfor all round access.

There is lots to see and do on the island that hasn't been spoilt by tourism. Expensive generally to eat out but you are on holiday. Good fishing for bonefish but best to book a guide ,I used fishbone tours, to get better results. Every spot more beautiful than the last.

Checks every box of spectacular!

TOC checks every box for a beach vacation. The house is on the Carribean waterside with beautiful access to the calm waters. The beauty of this home is you don't need to leave TOC to find your perfect vacation spot. Kayaks offer the opportunity to experience a relaxing ride through the waters. There is abundant fish life right at the stairs entering the blue/green waters. If you are unable to be by yourself and prefer casinos, clubs and created activities...this house is not for you. If you enjoy communing with nature and serenity...this house is for you. It is off the beaten track. It was rare to hear a car or come upon other people. There is a quickmart a few miles down making it convenient to pick up everyday items. The kitchen is functional. We cooked breakfast daily and ate dinner inhouse twice with success. I definitely recommend water shoes as the rock is tough on the feet if you head over to the small beach. All in all this as an ideal vacation. This really does check every box of spectacular!
