A beautiful, palace like building with well appointed rooms, an excellent and well staffed kitchen/restaurant, and many resort-like activities. We only stayed one night to go an a Tiger safari the next morning, but I think a 2 night stay to allow some relaxing time by the pool, and a second outing to the Ranthambore fort would have been better, considering the time it takes to get there from Jaipur. Pool is very nice; they had live entertainment each evening we were there (music and dancing), the lighting of the building and the grounds are quite striking; we took many pictures around the property in the evening. I would definitely visit again if I visit Ranthambore in the future. They have helpful relationships with tour guides etc. They readily accommodated special requests. The grounds were very well maintained, clean and neat, even though there was some expansion/construction going on behind the scenes.

The property is very beautiful and looks like a Rajasthani resort with very good exteriors and interiors. Rooms are very comfortable, and equipped with all amenities. Hotel staff is very polite. Food is good and tasty.

Vanya Mahal is a new and very clean facility. Rooms were spacious with excellent bathrooms. We enjoyed staying in these rooms. The most commendable was the restaurant. The Rajasthani food was always tasty, fresh and delightful. Consequently, we ate all our meals for three days in the hotel. Staff were very attentive to customers. We are particularly appreciative of Nishant, Rajesh, and Chef Vimal. They were very helpful. However, we were very disappointed with the tiger safaris. There are lot of scammers who are using tiger safari to scam foreigners. After spending a lot of money and losing some we got only two safaris to zone 1 and 10. Both of these zones are useless because there are no tiger in these zones. You can see tigers only on zone 3 and 4. Rest are only for nice trip through the forest. Several providers including two in Expedia, canceled and got away with my money without giving us a safari.

Fantastic stay at Regenta Vanya Mahal

Our group of 11 people which included kids traveled to Sawai Madhopur in January. We booked 4 rooms at Regenta Vanya Mahal and had a very good experience. The entire staff was very helpful and also allowed us to check in early. In the tiger trail restaurant, we liked the food but the menu options were limited. However, the staff and chef readily agreed to cook items which were not listed in the menu. The quality and taste of Indian dishes was very good. We did not order any continental or Italian food and so cannot comment on the quality/taste. Overall the hospitality and service provided by the hotel staff was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Value for Money Stay !!!

Hi All, must say this was a very pleasant stay with family. It was 2 night stay but the experience was amazing specially due to the very courteous and polite staff. The entire staff is very helpful right from the reception desk to the room service guys to the dining guys. The property itself is beautiful and one can take pleasant evening walks around. The service is also excellent with the staff taking minimum time to fulfill your request. Only one small suggestion would be to increase the in room dining menu. But other than that it was excellent stay and i must say excellent value for money. Will visit again for sure. Thanks guys. Keep it up.

Good - but noisy!

Overall a fine hotel with helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant. I give minus points as on my last night they had an outdoor event right next to the hotel rooms for a (business?) group that was staying at the hotel where they were playing insanely loud music that blasted until 10:30pm at night. I have full understanding for having events and for playing music but was absolutely excessive. There is no need for such loud music especially when you have a hotel full of guests who likely are going to bed early to get up at 5:30am to get ready for tiger safari's, which is what Sawai Madhopur is famous for. It was in fact so loud that my room was effectively vibrating. This hotel is on the main road and there are 2-3 other hotel/wedding venues very close by where they had weddings all nights I was there with loud music. That's not the fault of Regenta Vanya Mahal of course. But something to be aware of if you're looking for a quiet place.

Wonderful experience

This hotel has been the highlight of our India trip, offering everything to make our Tiger experience complete. There was a music show, delicious dinners (and lunch, breakfast, afternoon tea). A beautiful room with very comfortable beds and a big enough garden for a short after dinner stroll. But most of all the staff was helpful, always friendly, enthousiastic. Our 2year old had the time of his life!
