On the ground floor, the layout includes a living and sleeping room furnished with 1 sofabed, providing a comfortable and versatile space. This room offers direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to it is 1 dedicated bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor also features a large kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table for shared meals. The bathroom facilities on this level consist of a shower with WC and a separate WC.

The top floor presents a spacious living and dining room with characterful sloping ceilings and direct access to the balcony. This floor includes 1 additional bedroom with 1 double bed. A kitchenette on this level is equipped with 2 hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The top floor bathroom comprises a shower with WC.
