In the district of Rohrmoos 6 km from the centre of Schladming, 3 km from the centre of Rohrmoos, in a secluded, elevated position on top of a hill, 1 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: large garden 1'300 m2 (not fenced) with lawn. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 6 km long motor access to the grounds (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 3 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Schladming" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6.5 km, indoor swimming pool 6.5 km, bathing lake "Pichl" 12 km.
