Apartment LandGenuss:
The apartment LandGenuss is the fourth apartment in the right half of the main house. It has a living / dining room with beech dining table, modern chairs, comfortable sofa bed (for a child up to 16 years) and a TV armchair. SAT-LCD-TV and stereo are of course included. In the bedroom you will find a modern box spring style bed and a sliding door wardrobe. The kitchen-cum-living room with a pull-out dining table is generous in size and, in addition to a built-in cooker with ceramic hob, has a microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, water and egg cooker and toaster. Of course, crockery, cutlery and pots are also branded goods. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a wellness shower, hair dryer and ample storage space. Of course, your 70 m² apartment has WiFi and a safe. In the common utility room in the annex you can use a washing machine, a condenser dryer and an ironing station.    By arrangement you can of course also use the existing bicycles for day tours free of charge! Towels and bed linen are included, a comfort service, that is, an intermediate cleaning every 3-4 days, is possible for an additional charge. For an additional charge we can also offer you selected organic or Get self-produced products from the region. In order to offer you and the other guests the greatest possible wellness offer, the holiday apartments are consistently rented as non-smoking apartments. For the same reason, pets cannot be brought along. Our LandGenuss was classified by the Tourist Association of Western Pomerania in May 2017 according to the DTV criteria and awarded 4 stars. We expressly point out that this classification refers to the use by two people.

The Baltic Sea Kate with the apartments LebensArt, SommerFrische, LandGenuss and SinnenFreude stands in a beautiful 3300 m² fruit tree plot on a quiet cul de sac in Schmatzin. The small Gutsdorf is romantically located between Usedom and Peene. It is about 30 minutes by car to the popular and lively bathing beaches on the island, about 10 to 15 minutes to the fishing and canoeing paradise Peene or about 8 km to the swimming lake in Gützkow.  Also castles and castle complexes, air and golf courses, museums and nature reserves, architecturally attractive old towns (e.g. Greifswald and Stralsund), the legendary chalk cliffs on Rügen or the imperial baths of Usedom are easy to reach - in many cases also by train. The place is ideal as a starting point for bike tours. Gourmets will also find some culinary highlights in the area. Grocers traveling daily come to Schmatzin. There are several supermarkets, discounters and an organic farm shop 8 km away.  The Berlin-Stralsund-Rostock-Hamburg railway line is also 8 km away. From there, the baths run to Usedom. A pick-up and delivery service to the train station is possible on arrival and departure as well as for day trips.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
