Your studio "Bleu Caraibe" of 30 M2 overlooks the Caribbean Sea and thanks to the large terrace, you can enjoy your meals outside and enjoy the sound of the waves and the beauty of the landscape.

The terrace is equipped with 2 deckchairs and a dining table with 4 chairs. A large and beautiful swimming pool is at your disposal as well as access to the Caribbean Sea (5 minutes walk). The terrace offers breathtaking views from the living room-bedroom on the Caribbean Sea.

This is the major asset of the studio "BLEU CARAIBE" a quiet refuge, surrounded by vegetation, in a peaceful residence and ideally located in Schoelcher.

The studio "Blue Caribbean is close to all amenities (3 shopping centers, a nautical club, the convention center with 10 cinemas, 5 minutes from Fort de France by car or you will find a shuttle service to sea to go to Pointe du Bout TROIS ILETS).

The studio can accommodate up to 2 people and has a Wifi connection. The living room-bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed "BZ" 160 cm, a dressing room, air conditioning and a TV with Canal Sat and a ceiling fan.

Due to the terrace guardrail, children will be welcome from the age of 8 years old. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, oven and hob and microwave. There is also a coffee maker and a toaster. In the bathroom you will find a shower, a sink and a washing machine. The linen is provided, do not clutter towels or sheets!

Everything is here for you to spend a dream vacation in a privileged setting. The residence is secured by a gate with digital code (remote control provided) and a large parking and a large pool 30 seconds from the studio "Blue Caribbean".

Vue superbe mais appartement à rénover

La vue est magnifique mais l'appartement mériterait une sérieuse rénovation : kitchenette à refaire entièrement , douche à changer, canapé (clic clac) inconfortable, nettoyage plus approfondie Et, pas de chance, travaux très bruyants dans l'appartement du dessous dès 8h du matin Donc un très beau potentiel à reprendre entièrement Par ailleurs accueil très chaleureux et efficace

Ideal pour un couple,une vraie vue sur la mer à 180deg sur la terrasse, piscine assez grande et profonde quasiment pour nous!! Seul petit bémol : la sortie de la résidence Est assez dangereuse,il y a un petit miroir Mais pas assez grand surtout pour sortir de jour à cause du soleil.
