Cet appartement de 3 chambres est un grand logement neuf de 140 m2 décoré avec goût et disposant d'une grande terrasse de 30 m2 avec une très belle vue sur la mer des Caraïbes. Les trois chambres spacieuses ont chacune un très grand lit king size (180 cm). L'appartement dispose d'une très bonne connection wifi par fibre optique. Il est localisé dans le centre de la Martinique, idéalement situé aussi bien pour travailler que pour passer des vacances, proche des plages et des commerces.
À votre disposition une grande pièce ouverte sur la terrasse avec vue mer, avec un coin salon et une partie cuisine ouverte. Vous disposez de 3 grandes chambres avec un très grand lit King, et de deux salles de bain.
La terrasse est spacieuse avec vue mer orientée à l’ouest. Vous verrez le coucher de soleil tous les soirs. Appartement non fumeur.
Tout le logement est disponible
La plage la plus proche est à 10mn à pied. Il n’y a pas d’accès direct à la mer. Il est interdit de fumer dans l’appartement.
Le règlement de l’immeuble interdit de jeter des objets, déchets ou sable par dessus la balustrade de la terrasse. Ne pas étendre de linge ou de serviettes sur la balustrade, nous mettons à votre disposition un pied à linge et un sèche linge. Les fêtes et le bruit sont interdits.
